Day Of Mindfulness
Mindfulness is our ability to be present with what we are experiencing in the present moment in an accepting way. For many of us this aspect of ourselves lies dormant within us.
In the Day of Mindfulness we will
- Look at how stress is running our lives and affecting our physical and emotional health.
- Experience various Mindful practices, we will use these as tools to help us unhook from our habitual ways of reacting and drop into a deeper place within. From this place you can have new insights and ways of perceiving the world.
- Gain the discernment of knowing your habitual reactions and develop the capacity to sit with them rather than acting them out.
- Cultivate the ability to address whatever is happening externally – parenting, relationships, challenges with work, finance etc from a new vantage point.
These sessions, facilitated by Patricia Howard, will free up your energy to develop new solutions to the challenges that you face and more creative outlets for your true expression. Your Life becomes an adventure filled with freedom, grace and ease.
